Nadja Compton

Nadja qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Cape Town in 2002 and started her career at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa in Newlands.  Her sports interests took her all over the world, but she returned to Cape Town in 2008 and started her own practice.  Since then, she has become interested in the functional medicine approach to treating health conditions and has furthered her studies to be able to educate and coach clients on the lifestyle changes necessary to treat the underlying causes of disease and dysfunction.

1999 - Bachelor of Science with Majors in Physiology, Behavioural Ecology and Zoology (UCT)

2002 - Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (UCT)

2019 - Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach (IFM)
